4. Open Lively Wallpaper from the Start Menu.

5. Select the wallpaper you want to set on your Windows 11 and click it to be set as wallpaper.

6. Click the + icon from the left panel to set a video or a GIF as wallpaper on your Windows 11.

7. A new screen will be opened, tap to ‘Browse’ button, and locate the saved file. 

8. Select the file and tap to ‘Open’ button

9. The file will be set as wallpaper on your screen. 

10. In case of setting a YouTube video as wallpaper, open the app, click the plus button, and enter the URL of the video in the empty field.

11. Tap the Next icon, and the video will be set as wallpaper.

How to Close Live Wallpaper

You can go back to the standard wallpaper from Live wallpaper by following the given steps;

• Open the ‘Control Panel’ of the Lively Wallpaper app.
• Tap the ‘Close Wallpaper’ button from the bottom right corner of the screen.
• The Lively Wallpaper app will be closed.
